The name of this luxury sky resort complex is Kaleben which is a local area situated on the high level of the mountain in North of Iran. It has panoramic views over Shemshak skiing course, 40 kilometers north of the capital city Tehran. The luxury condominium project was built over 240 square meters in three gradual levels in the heart of the mountain.

This project has been one of the most challenging site experiences for me. I took over the project from phase one to design, select, build and complete furnishing.

The job included displaying works of a well- known contemporary Persian artist, Parviz Kalantari.

The owner of the site was an old client with previous experience of my work on another project at the Caspian Sea in North of Iran in 2001.
