Individual contract as Interior Architect to undertake from phase one through all aspect of a 240 sqm condominium project, one of the twenty two villas of a luxurious Complex, as kitchen and living room in ground level, bedroom and bathrooms in mines one, complete architecture design of mines two as sport level, includes sauna and Jacuzzi and all necessary area surrounded. Intensive site supervision for completion of architectural and furnishing This included choosing a selection of paintings from a well- known Persian artist, Parviz Kalantari.

Take over the unfinished project from phase one for completion of design and intensive supervision for completion.

Individual contract as Interior Architect and designer to remodel and renovate a 132sqm residenceapartment located in a luxurious area of the capital city Tehran. This project involved all aspect of furnishing from the interior colour theme to reupholstering the existing furniture,
